Louisa May Hawkyns was the commanding officer of the Alcor Operations Area's Nekkar Command as of 3050.[1]

History[edit]

Hauptmann-General Hawkyns commanded the Skye March's Nekkar Command in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Hawkyns continued to command the Nekkar region and held that post by 3054.[2]
