Lucynda Hecker was the commanding officer of the Third Battalion of the Concordat Cuirassiers as of 3050.[2]

History[edit]

Subaltern Hecker, serving with the Concordat Cuirassiers, was stationed on Amber Grove in 3050.[2] By 3058, now-Brigadier Hecker continued to command Third Battalion in its new posting to Atreus Prime.[1]
