Magna Rochart was, as of 3073, a Demi-Precentor in the 52nd Shadow Division of the Word of Blake. He was involved in the destruction of the Martian Cuirassiers on Hall, and helped handle prisoners afterwards. One prisoner, Cuirassier John W. Traeger, attempted to set off a bomb among the captives, and Rochart was implied to be caught in the blast. His fate is unknown.[1]

Magna Rochart had a silver skullcap. His face was only half flesh—the other half was a network of gears and metal rings like the inner workings of a chronometer.[1]
