Duke Magner Budziszewski was the noble ruler of Andurien in 2568[1]

Given that Andurien was signed over to the Capellan Confederation in 2556 as part of the Clasped Hands Agreement it is likely that Magner was installed by Terrence Liao to administer the new planetary government taking over from Duke Allard and his Free Worlds League government.
