Malcom Nagoya was the commanding officer of the Ryuken-ni Armor Regiment of the Ryuken-ni as of 3059.[1]

Tai-sa Nagoya, serving with the Ryuken-ni, was stationed on Luthien in 3059.[2] Following Operation BULLDOG and the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Nagoya retained command of the Ryuken-ni's armor and was stationed on Caripare by 3067.[3]
