Margaret Tulliver was a member of the famed mercenary unit Wolf's Dragoons.[1]

Margaret was one of those who operated within the Dragoons' intelligence organization, known more commonly as Wolfnet. By 3058, Margaret had reached the rank of Major-General and was serving as the Deputy Director of Wolfnet.[2] Margaret would supervise the production of several updated or revised Technical Readouts,[1][3][2][4][5] and would continue to serve as Deputy Director of Wolfnet until at least March 3070.[6]
