Marlon Otter was a Federated Commonwealth MechWarrior during the early stages of Operation REVIVAL.[1]

During the First Battle of Twycross, Marlon Otter served in Bell's Company, First Battalion of the Twycross Tamar March Militia. Marlon and his unit would be involved in the fighting for Carswell Barrens against Clan Jade Falcon.[1]
Marlon's ultimate fate is unknown at this time.[1]
