Martoc Keller was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the Eighty-eighth Crimson Guards Cluster of Clan Blood Spirit's Sigma Provisional Galaxy as of 3059.[1]

Star Colonel Martoc, serving with the Eighty-eighth Crimson Guards, was stationed in the York system in 3059.[2] Martoc had extensively studied the passages of Clan Blood Spirit's Remembrance depicting the Trials against Clan Fire Mandrill that earned his Clan OmniMech technology, resulting in him forming the belief that the Spirits were weaker for never having formed an official alliance with the Mandrills. While several of his warriors shared their Clan's traditional isolationist beliefs, none harbored doubts deep enough to negatively affect their loyalty to Martoc.[1] By 3067, he retained command of the Eighty-eighth Guards and was still stationed on York.[3]
