Mathias Vulpine was a MechWarrior with Uziel's Aces.
History[edit]
Vulpine was born on Hephzibah and helped his family piloting a CattleMaster on the ranch in his younger years.
After liquidating his inheritance, he moved to Galatea with a 'Mech in 3136. There he enlisted with Uziel's Aces.[1]
Vulpine was deployed to Taygeta in 3147 as part of Fortune Able. In that battle, Capellan aerospace fighters crippled two of Fortune Able's DropShips, forcing the mercenaries' BattleMechs to drop all over Taygeta's primary continent.[2] Vulpine found himself once more herding his companions after that bad drop.[1] The Dawn Guards engaged the Dynasty Guard even as Warrior House Tsang Xiao hunted the mercenaries across Taygeta. In the end, the Dawn Guards and remaining mercenaries managed to link up for an assault on Taygeta's capital but both Capellan units withdrew on the Chancellor's orders, ceding the planet to the Federated Suns.[2]
