Matthew Smith was the commanding officer of the Second An Ting Armor companies of the Second An Ting Legion as of 3059.[1]

Tai-i Smith, serving with the Second An Ting Legion, was stationed on Leiston in 3059.[1] Following the First Combine-Dominion War, Smith retained command of the Second An Ting Armor and was stationed on Richmond by 3067.[2]

- Field Manual: Draconis Combine says that the Second An Ting Legion were simultaneously stationed on Leiston[1] and Braunton[3] in 3059. As the more detailed unit profile says they were stationed on Leiston, this article refers to them as being stationed on Leiston.
