Maximillian Rook was the commanding officer of the Rook's Armored Wall Regiment of the Third Benjamin Regulars as of 3052.[1]

Tai-sa Rook's armored regiment was assigned to the Third Benjamin Regulars just before Clan Smoke Jaguar's invasion of Asgard in 3052. In the course of a month of heavy combat, Rook's tankers provided valuable service for the rest of the Third Regulars at the cost of two companies of the Wall and Rook's personal command vehicle. During their most notable engagement, Rook defended the Third Regulars' flank against a Trinary of OmniMechs and Elementals after promising to hold at any cost. With his two battalions of tanks, Rook upheld his promise and ultimately eliminated every battle armor trooper and all but seven of the Jaguar BattleMechs.[1] By 3059, Rook continued to command the Armored Wall and was stationed on Meilen with the Third Regulars.[2]
