Summary[edit]
MechWarrior 2: Mercenaries - The Official Strategy Guide is a guide book for Activision's 1996 computer game MechWarrior 2: Mercenaries set in the BattleTech universe. It provides information on the game mechanics, tips and strategies to completing the game. Chapter 5 provides Technical Readout style information on the 'Mechs that can be purchased within the game. Chapters 6 and 7 give a walkthrough of the missions and how to complete them.
Canonicity[edit]
Like the computer game for which it is a supplement product, this book was produced under a valid license yet does not meet the criteria for canon. Its contributions to the BattleTech universe must thus be considered apocryphal.
