Merriss was a MechWarrior within the Gamma Galaxy of Clan Diamond Shark. [1]
History[edit]
Merriss won her Trial of Postion impressively and was initially granted the rank of Star Captain. However, she was demoted to the rank of MechWarrior due to a series of subsequent tactical mistakes. Since then, she craved opportunities to restore her status and regain a position of prominence on the battlefield. When the Diamond Sharks joined the invasion of Inner Sphere, she was quite pleased at the chance to destroy the Inner Sphere's freebirth warriors in battle.[1]
