Mikkel Stenberg was a member of a martial family from the Draconis Combine, and the Star League Defense Force, during the late twenty-seventh and early [[twenty-eighth century.[1]
Personal Appearance[edit]
Mikkel had polished-jade eyes and dirty-blond hair, which while at home on Rasalhague he wore in a queue style, before adopting a SLDF high and tight haircut once his military career commenced.[1]
History[edit]
A native of Rasalhague in the Draconis Combine, Mikkel grew up at his family's manor near Reykjavik, together with his father and younger brother Thorsten Stenberg. Expected by his family to join the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery, he was disowned by his father, after joining the SLDF instead in August 2698 at the age of eighteen.
Assigned to the Thirty-second Infantry Division as a lieutenant, in 2704 Mikkel was stationed on Sackville, when his unit was attacked by bandit raiders. Despite fighting valiantly, Mikkel died during this engagement. His younger brother Thorsten, blamed the SLDF for the death of Mikkel, which later inspired him to become a Ronin duelist who fought against an SLDF Gunslinger.[1]
