Mitch Simms

Mitch Simms was the aide to the commanding officer of the Lyran Commonwealth's Pherkad Operations Area as of 3050.^[1]

Marshal Simms, serving under Field Marshal Dean Forney, was executive officer of the Donegal March's Pherkad Operations Area in 3050.^[1] Following the Clan Invasion and the Pherkad OA's reassignment to the Tamar March, Simms continued to serve as Forney's second-in-command by 3054.^[2]
