Mohandis Fredericks was a Federated Suns noble, and corporate executive, as of 3025.[1]

As of 3025, Rajah Fredericks was the CEO of Basantapur Fine Metals, a Basantapur and As Samik based producer of rare alloys. An important supplier of the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns, who were a major customer of its alloys for use in BattleMechs, the value of Basantapur Fine Metals to the Federated Suns was limited by its chronic bad management under Rajah Fredericks.
This caused the Davion government to consider nationalizing the company, but prior to 3026, it was dissuaded by the potential political consequences on Basantapur.[1] First Prince Hanse Davion's patience however ran out in 3026, and after giving Rajah Fredericks once last chance, he ousted him as CEO and appointed an independent group of five executives to reorganize the firm. These outsiders were wildly successful, making the company more profitable than it had ever been within five years.[2]
