Mount Galedon

Mount Galedon on Galedon Island, Luthien

Mount Galedon is a Draconis Combine facility (presumably) named after the mountain on (or in) which it is located. The facility, on the planet Luthien, is located on Galedon Island, well off the coast of the continent of Hokkaidō in the Silver Sea.[1][2]
