The New Avalon Daily Herald was a newspaper based on New Avalon, which included editorials on political issues. In 2282 one of its editorials attributed to Quentin Dexter Rambuzie, came out against the Second Covenant of New Avalon, a new constitution for the world which restricted the liberties of ordinary citizens.[1]
