Newark was an implicitly coreward Periphery system, but otherwise uncharted location of the first interactions between the Invading Clans and ComStar.

System History

First contact between the Clans and ComStar was initiated by the ComStar vessel Blake's Vision. The Clan vessels destroyed the JumpShip. ComStar opined that the invaders misunderstood the vessel's attempts at "peaceful communication," but no other information is available to prove or disprove any assertions.
