The Ninety-second Mechanized Infantry Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History[edit]
In 2764, the unit was as a part of the XXI Corps, First Army on Wasat in the Terran Military Region.[1][2] The Ninety-second was transferred to District 1 of the Federated Suns Military Region by 2765, during the New Vandenberg Uprising. The unit was destroyed during the Hegemony Campaign.[1]

Tactics[edit]
The Mechanized Infantry divisions of the Star League were used offensively to exploit gaps in the enemy front created by the BattleMech divisions. They also bore the brunt of defensive actions.[3]
Composition History[edit]
The Division comprised two brigades of mechanized infantry and a single BattleMech brigade. Also attached was a ground aero wing.[3]
