Originally hailing from the Draconis Combine, Technician Wing was reportedly responsible for both the -R93 and -R96 UrbanMech models. A chronic tinkerer who sold both his design and MechWarrior talents, the success of Wing's -R93 UrbanMech during the Capellan Confederation's invasion of the Republic of the Sphere ensured that his services were in high demand.[1]
