Nordstrom Dayvssen was the commanding officer of the Wiltshire planetary militia during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
Captain Dayvssen was the commander of the Wiltshire militia's reconnaissance elements when two companies of Able's Aces raided the planet over rumors of a hidden Word of Blake storehouse in 3136. Dayvssen's supporting elements were quickly neutralized by the better-armed Aces and he chose to split off from the other members of his lance in order to entrap the enemy force. Over the course of a lengthy cat-and-mouse hunt, Dayvssen used accurate Gauss and laser fire to punish his pursuing opponents while his comrades harried their flanks, ultimately leading to the Aces' retreat when he eliminated a Commando with a death from above strike.[2][3]
By 3145, Dayvssen had been promoted to the rank of colonel and commanded the entirety of Wiltshire's militia forces. With the events of the Blackout leading additional pirate raiders to seek out Wiltshire's mythical Blakist stockpile, he saw plenty of combat while defending the planet from the controls of his battered BattleMech.[1]
