Nuon Dumont was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the Thirty-eighth Phalanx Cluster of Clan Steel Viper's Zeta Galaxy as of 3061.[1]

Star Colonel Nuon, serving with the Thirty-eighth Phalanx Cluster, was stationed in the Graus system in 3061.[2] By 3067, Nuon retained command of the Thirty-eighth Phalanx and was stationed on Grant's Station.[3]
