Oceep was a Clan Wolf aerospace fighter pilot who served during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Oceep served in the Bravo Fighter Star of Binary Fighter within the Third Battle Cluster, under Star Colonel Darren Fetladral.[1]
