Osaka Silver was a MechWarrior, who served in the Holt's Hilltoppers mercenary unit, as of 3068.[2]

Early Life[edit]
The daughter of a MechWarrior father from the Federated Suns' Draconis March who served with the First Robinson Rangers, and a Draconis Combine merchant mother, Osaka was viewed with suspicion in both of her parent's waring realms. Rejected by MechWarrior academies in the Federated Suns where she grew up, Osaka learned how to pilot a BattleMech from her father.[1]
Hilltoppers[edit]
After her father died on Ashio in 3064, during the Robinson Rangers and Hilltoppers attempt to retake the world from the Draconis Combine, Osaka approached the Hilltoppers to recover his lost 'Mech from them. To her surprise, they returned the 'Mech and offered her a billet in their unit, which she gladly accepted.
Becoming the youngest member of the Hilltoppers, as of 3068 at age nineteen she quickly learned the finer points of the mercenary trade from Major Donald Valentine, in whose Command Lance within the Hilltoppers' Champion Company she served. She adapted well to the Hilltoppers employers the Fronc Reaches, especially their world of Portland, where she appreciated the freedom from the suspicions of her home realms.[2][1]

Silver was known to have piloted a Thunderbolt BattleMech.[2]
