Oscar Logansburg was the Supervising Technician of the Howitzer Prototype and the Demolisher II-X project that started in 3077.[1][2]

Oscar position as one of Defiance's R&D managers in Combat Vehicle Design was the driving force that changed the Rommel's role to became an close-support artillery support tank under the Rommel Howitzer moniker[1], and also designed the Demolisher II-X to fulfill the role of an assault-grade counterpart to the Rommel Howitzer configuration.[2]
