Overview[edit]
Ostmann Industries had several designs to its credit. These BattleMechs were often referred to as the Ost- series and were some of the most popular designs in the Inner Sphere. In addition to designing and producing the Ostroc and Ostsol, they also created the Ostwar and Ostscout. Ostmann was one of the first firms to license their designs to other manufacturers. The Ostscout and Ostsol, for example, were produced by Kong Interstellar.[2]
The facility constructing the OSR-2C Ostroc was destroyed in 2777.[3]
