Oxford Oshika was a Bloodnamed Clan Sea Fox warrior of the Oshika Bloodhouse, based on the Tiburon Khanate ArcShip Titanic, as of 3151.[1]

In November 3151 Oshika was interviewed by Voices of the Sphere, on the subject of the failure of the Republic Armed Forces in its mission to defend the Republic of the Sphere, between the Blackout and the 3151 Battle of Terra. In this interview, Oshika defended the Clan Sea Fox equipment which had been acquired and used by the RAF, but speculated their emphasis on low volumes of high tech weapons may not have been the best approach given their strategic circumstances.[1]
