P.L. Tupolev was a technician, who worked for Grand Union Battle Works on Tikonov, as of 2371.[1]
History[edit]
Tupolev was the supervising technician on the development of Grand Union Battle Works' Strike Falcon Attack VTOL, in 2371, which replaced in Capellan Confederation service the older Tikonov Grand Union OT-22 Bird of Prey VTOL design.[1]
