Patricia Harper was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of Clan Snow Raven's Kappa Garrison Galaxy as of 3061.[1]

Galaxy Commander Patricia was best known for the long-standing rivalry between herself and Delta Galaxy's Morgan Sukhanov, which involved at least one Trial of Grievance following the defeat of Sukhanov's Fifth Raven Auxiliaries while they were defending Lum. After one of her own subordinates lost the Snow Ravens' holdings on York, the verbal conflict between Patricia and her fellow Galaxy Commander only grew more intense.[1] By 3067, Patricia retained command of Kappa Galaxy and lead her Clusters in a continued posting to the Circe system.[2]
