In the aftermath of the Blackout, Chief Justice Gramstadt heard several cases relating to Connor Industrial Ltd.'s turn to military manufacturing. By 17 February 3133, he had rejected all applications for injunctions thus far against Connor Industrial's conversion of their Fairfax factory to artillery production. On the 16th, he gave a public statement threatening that future attempts to block Connor Industrial may result in criminal investigation of the applicants.[1]
