Per Mattlov was the a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the Fifth Falcon Regulars Cluster of Clan Jade Falcon's Mu Galaxy as of 3059.[1]

Star Colonel Per, serving with the Fifth Falcon Regulars, was stationed on Steelton in 3059.[2] During the Wars of Possession that initiated in the wake of Clan Smoke Jaguar's destruction, Per commanded an attempted conquest of some of Clan Diamond Shark's territory on Strato Domingo. This effort failed when Clan Hell's Horses provided assistance to the Sharks' Zeta Galaxy and the victorious Sharks directly messaged Per to mock his forces for their defeat.[3] Following the Falcons' push into Lyran Alliance space, Per retained command of the Fifth Regulars and was stationed on La Grave by 3067.[4]
