Perry Logan was a member of the Drake's Dragons pirate band in the early thirty-first century.[1]
History[edit]
In March 3011, Perry Logan served in the Black Cobras Company of the Cobras Sub-gang within the Drake's Dragons when they raided to town on Lowson on Payvand. There, Logan was involved in the battle against the Langston's Lancers and the Payvand Militia.[1]
