"Handsome" Pete Carpenter was, as of 3073, one of several arms dealers on Ormstown profiting from the planet's violent family rivalries. A self-proclaimed veteran, he was among the more popular dealers, largely for his charisma. Carpenter had access to some vehicular-scale weaponry - in February 3073, he had a machine gun for sale.[1]
