Philip Warren was the aide to the commanding officer of the Donegal March's Summit Command as of 3050.[1]

Kommandant Warren, serving under Leftenant General Maxwell Paganini, was executive officer of the Pherkad Operations Area's Summit Command in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion and the Summit Command's relocation to the Alarion Operations Area, Warren continued to serve as Paganini's second-in-command and held that post by 3054.[2]
