Philipe Anders was a DCMS Major MechWarrior from the elite Seventh Sword of Light.

When he left the DCMS, he went to serve as the Silver Dragons Stables' instructor since the times of Anna Nevil. He is harsh but fair in the treatment to his trainees.[1] He is known to socialize after hours with his men.[2]
