Poker has survived the past of the years, just by updating the suits and the figures names.

History[edit]
Each Successor State has adapted them differently as poker has four suits but the number of Successor Houses and minor Periphery countries is much more bigger.
Lyran Alliance version[edit]
For the Lyran Commonwealth the four suits have been transformed to Fists, Sunbursts, Dragons, and Eagles: the symbols of Houses Steiner, Davion, Kurita, and Marik. House Liao, the weakest of the Successor States, did not rate a suit.
The figures have been changed also. The Jack is converted to Mech, the Queen is converted to Duke and the King is converted to Archon.[1]
Other Major Successor States versions[edit]
Though it is not known how the other Houses arrange their cards, it can be at least inherited that at least House Liao has eliminated another of the Successor States to put them as one of the suits.[citation needed]
Periphery Realms[edit]
It is not known how the cards in Periphery realms are organized, but it is quite possible they use only Periphery realms: the (Taurian Concordat, the Magistracy of Canopus, the Outworlds Alliance and either the Marian Hegemony or the Circinus Federation.[citation needed]
