Prospero Morgan was an officer on the Third FedCom RCT during a few years after the Fourth Succession War.[1]
History[edit]
Morgan was born in the Capellan Confederation. His planet was conquered during the Fourth Succession War when he was a teen. At first he was angry, but he learned to enjoy freedoms he had not felt as a Capellan that he embraced the FedSuns and turned in a Capellan resistance cell led by his elder brother.
Morgan was into music and was proficient in several instruments. He likes traditional Chinese music and has composed several works. He won some fame and fortune because of them, but not in the Capellan Confederation, where they are banned.[1]
