Racine was a notable MechWarrior in the Wolf Empire during the Dark Age.[1]

Forty-two years old, Star Captain Racine was considered past her prime as a warrior of Clan Wolf but refused to let that slow her. After accepting a reduced combat role, Racine began to work with the Clan's scientist caste on producing improved BattleMechs, which included significant contributions to the refit of the Thresher II. Her experience kept the Dominator 'Mech's rushed release from becoming a debacle and she was expected to officially join the scientist caste, allowing her to put her design skills to work for the Clan for the foreseeable future.[1]

Star Captain Racine piloted a Dominator BattleMech, having taken ownership of one of the first produced machines.[1]
