Raff was a Clan Jade Falcon aerospace fighter pilot during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Raff served in Trinary Echo of the 89th Falcon Striker Cluster within Clan Jade Falcon's Vau Galaxy under Galaxy Commander Angeline Mattlov.[1]
Raff was killed during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
