Raymond Orr was a MechWarrior in the Second Dieron Regulars during the Jihad.[1]

Chu-i Orr exemplified the Second Dieron Regulars' "victory by any means" ideology in campaigns against both Clan Smoke Jaguar and Clan Ghost Bear. In particular, Orr's utilization of his OmniMech's sophisticated electronics package enabled him to eliminate the Second Dieron's opponents with extreme efficiency.[1]
