Regina Carmichael was a Bloodnamed warrior and the commanding officer of the 158th Crimson Guards Cluster of Clan Blood Spirit's Sigma Provisional Galaxy as of 3059.[1]

Star Colonel Regina, serving with the 158th Crimson Guards, was stationed in the York system in 3059.[2] While Regina and her warriors shared the rest of Sigma Galaxy's memories of the arrangement with Clan Fire Mandrill that earned the Blood Spirits OmniMech technology, they had not decided if they would support Galaxy Commander Virgil Keller's efforts to formalize an alliance with the Mandrills.[1]
