Reiko Urikashi was a resident of Towne's town of Kordava, killed by the "Little Luthien" killer in 3133.

History

Urikashi was the sixth publicly known victim of the "Little Luthien" killer, a serial killer who preyed on the women of the "Little Luthien" district of Kordava. Her body was discovered in the Kordava harbor on 17 March 3133, accompanied by a message to Towne authorities.

Urikashi was commemorated among the victims of the "Little Luthien" killer on a monument, a marble column etched with the victims' names dedicated on 3 February 3134.
