History[edit]
Lanakir was an air ace during his career with the FWLM. Once he retired after the Fourth Succession War, to reserve status with the New Olympia planetary air guard, he also came to serve as a guest instructor with the Lloyd Marik-Stanley Aerospace School.
At the school, Lanakir was a keen proponent of the advantages of conventional fighters over their aerospace fighter brethren, while in atmospheric combat. His kills recorded in simulators at the school made him a double ace, and included at least one 'Mech, a Hermes II from the nearby Allison MechWarrior Institute.[1]
Vehicle[edit]
Lanakir was known to pilot an Angel light strike fighter.[1]
