Renda Montauban was, as of 2788, a Leftenant of the Armed Forces of the Federated Suns in command of a recon lance of the Fourth Davion Guards.[1]

In 2788, Montauban and her unit participated in the Federated Suns operation on Tyrfing in the Free Worlds League. While there, she was assigned to set up an ambush with her recon lance in the "SLDF Storage Site TV-9" in order to destroy a larger enemy unit.[1]
