Rice Wills was an author for Drogan Publishing Company, located on Antietam in the 31st century.

History

In 3055, Wills would publish Mallory's History of the Clan Wars describing some of the early battles against the Clans. Including the Battle of Luthien in 3052.

In 3065, Wills would publish Operation BIRD DOG: The Forgotten Battles, describing the battles during Operation BIRD DOG. The book included quotes from Captain Nancy Stegil.

Rice would also help in publishing Smoke and Mirrors: The FedCom-Combine War of 3039 by Baron Riordan Mallory in 3075.

Notes

In the Luthien (scenario pack), Rice Wills was spelled as Rice Willis. As the reference in the BattleCorps works are the later publication, the spelling there takes precedence.
