As of this writing this character is not expressly described as a different character to Richard Humphreys (23rd c.) (i.e. no numerals appended to his name etc.) but George Humphreys retired as an MP in 2276, and Melissa Humphreys was born in 2528, a difference of 252 years making it clear the characters are not the same person.
