Richard McGivers[edit]
As of 3064, Richard McGivers commanded a Level II of Kanga hovertanks in the 244th Division. McGivers was a member of the division when it declared for Victor Steiner-Davion during the FedCom Civil War. McGivers died in combat against pro–Katherine Steiner-Davion militia forces on Halfway in 3064.[1]

He piloted one of the last Kanga hovertanks in the Inner Sphere.[1]
