Richard Seidman was a Bloodnamed warrior and the aide to the commanding officer of Clan Hell's Horses' Beta Galaxy as of 3059.[1]

Star Colonel Richard, serving under Galaxy Commander Xandria Mitchell, was the executive officer of Beta Galaxy in 3059. While Mitchell preferred to lead her warriors from the front, Richard was entrusted with the position of Beta Galaxy's political officer and kept his superior informed of any dissension within the unit's ranks.[1]
