Richard Torthwait was member of the Federated Commonwealth military liaison office as of 3057.[1]
History[edit]
In 3057 during Operation GUERRERO, Torthwait was a Federated Commonwealth liaison officer assisting the Castor Planetary Militia, who fought unsuccessfully against Free Worlds League forces from the 3rd Sirian Lancers during their invasion of Castor.[1]
